The raw materials are prepared at the hygienic slaughterhouse in Kherlen soum, Dornod province, are coded and delivered to the “Trust Meat” factory, which meets ISO 22000: 2005 and FSSC 22000 standards. When cutting the carcass into pieces, the factory, tools, and equipment are cleaned every 2 hours, disinfected with 96% alcohol and STERBAC disinfectant, and delivered to the factory that works under instructions of ISO 22000: 2005 and FSSC 22000 Food Safety Standards. Then it is prepared and packed for delivery to the consumers.
