FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS.
On July 18, 2014, we introduced the ISO 22000: 2005 Standard of International Food Safety Management System.
Within the framework of implementing ISO 22000: 2005, we newly developed and implemented 26 Standard operating procedures, 60 Work instructions and guidance, 151 Registry, 24 Checklists in accordance with the requirements of more than 40 laws and regulations related to food safety in Mongolia and more than 100 international and Mongolian standards.

On November 19 and 20, 2015, a certification audit was conducted by SGS, a Swiss company, at Trust Meat factory.
The audit result was found to be “No discrepancies” and we recieved the certification on December 10th of 2015. Therefore, In October 2016, the second stage of the audit was conducted and there were no discrepancies. In 2017, we expanded the scope of the standard and introduced the ISO 22000: 2005 Food Safety Management System to our “Trust Khiam” sausage factory. In 2019, we upgraded ISO 22000: 2005 Standard to the FSSC 22000 Standard and earned the certification.
