TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT POLICY

We provide training for skilled, competent professionals at home and abroad for the requirements to produce products that meet international standards.

Since its establishment, the company has been providing social support, training and development services to its employees, and has trained 8 employees in Germany, Russia, South Korea, Australia and the United States in food technology, engineering and economics.
