It shall be fried after thawing at room temperature for 2-3 hours or thawing in the oven for 3-5 minutes right after bringing directly out of bag.
Compared to other pork, this product is tender and has more protein, essential amino acids, more high-molecular- unsaturated fatty acids, more B vitamins for muscle, more nutritious, less water, more fat, and more calorie per 1 kg of meat.
